I really enjoyed my stay here; the value for money was great, and I loved the renovated room with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The staff was friendly and made an effort to understand us, even with the language barrier, and I appreciated being in a peaceful neighborhood.

Morning meal could use more locally produced options for a taste of the countryside.

The hotel was reasonably spacious, and the meals were excellent, I enjoyed the comfortable location close to a large shopping mall with predominantly Brazilian brand name shops, including a Havaiana flip flop store, a massive shopping centre, and Sao Paulo. The room was huge, spacious & had a comfortable bed. The staff was fairly friendly and provided great service. The stay was fine.

I was really hopping for a good stay, but alas, the mere bed-making on the 4th floor was the epitome of service here! And a fully equipped kitchen? Nope, just a sad sink in a cabinet! One would expect a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome gift, but no red carpet for me. Just couldn't give a good review.

The breakfast was a surprising delight, especially with the sweet potatoes, and I really enjoyed relaxing in the steam room after a long day. There are plenty of chill spots to unwind, like the sauna and the swimming pool, which I loved. Just keep in mind that the pillows could be a bit firmer for better sleep. 😊

Had a blast with my friends! The spacious suite was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed breakfast with a fantastic selection each morning. We also loved visiting Bruno José Daniel Municipal Stadium and hanging out at the local parks nearby. Just a heads up, be sure to keep an eye on your belongings to have a worry-free time!

Unfortunately, we encountered issues with security, as a stranger was able to enter the hotel restaurant and steal a purse, which left us feeling uneasy about safety.

The location was spot on! The hotel was clean and my suite was quite spacious-a perfect setup for my family.

But goodness, the carpets in the hallways looked like they were auditioning for a horror movie! A bit of a wrist workout swiping my key.

We enjoyed our Family Junior Suite with a well-placed small kitchen, although it lacked essential utensils. Breakfast offered an excellent selection, perfect for starting our day. Keep an eye on your belongings, though! Hotel security could be stronger.

The room was surprisingly spacious, with a living area and mini kitchen, which worked perfectly for my family. We enjoyed the peace and quiet at night, super important when traveling with kids.

Enjoyed my stay at this place. the food was top-notch and the staff was super nice and professional. Found a great restaurant nearby that didn't break the bank. Also, the view from here was amazing! Plus, the bed was so cozy and comfy! 🌟

The restaurant at the hotel offers a fantastic international menu with a variety of pasta and risotto specialties. I had the most delicious pasta dish that was so good it transported me straight to Italy!
